      My manager was excellent, but it's up to them to shield you from frsutrating expectations and policies and to advocate for you if they can't shield. Ask about management style in interviews.

      Inconvénients

      Salary is low (47k) and productivity is expected despite being unwilling to get clients who never show up off your schedule.

      Great hours Monday thru Friday

      Inconvénients

      Not set up for success. Pay is horrible. Say they will train you but this is not true. Management are a bunch of bullies. Wolves in sheep clothing. Do not take this job. Nurses are expected to code/bill/take a therapy class and pass a state test. If you don’t meet their productivity you are shamed. You do not have your own office
