Values-driven organisation. Very collegiate. Everyone is friendly and down-to-earth which creates a pleasant working environment. Communication with managers tends to be open, honest, and fair. People and processes and fairly transparent. I trust them. Certainly not a toxic work environment.

Can be a little rigid about things like in-office days and working hours. Pay is not amazing (but improving). The office itself needs a refresh (dull, corporate aesthetic) and would greatly benefit from a communal lunch space.

1. A team who are kind and open. 2. Clear set of ideas and objectives. 3. Working with external organisations. 4. Individual initiatives.

1. High turnover of staff. 2. Do not follow up to their values. 3. A reluctance to take on new ideas and proposals. 4. Social media and PR is lacklustre.
