Even with the geographical distance between offices, there is engagement and people know you; you feel like you matter.
Inconvénients
Management is primarily located in Houston, so anyone outside of that area might not have the face-to-face interaction they want with their supervisors. Working 24-hours shifts can take a toll on some of the employees.
