Avantages
A lot of investment on training. Vast company, thus a lot of opportunities to explore.
Inconvénients
Hard to speak to as a whole given there are so many business units. But for the middle market unit, not doing a good job retaining good people. Business process and internal tools are archaic, even judging on an insurance company standard. Pay grade is below market standard. Lack of culture. Most young people there felt like they are just working at a desk job.
