Avantages
Family owned and they do a good job of creating that environment with their employees. Willing to work with employees on time off for personal reasons. Allow drivers to make mistakes, wreck equipment and remain with company.
Inconvénients
They are not honest and try to pay employees less than they earned. They have zero tolerance for mistakes within operations office. They put blame upon employees without knowing the facts and hand out punishment unjust for actions. They expect one employee to do the work of two or more (understaffed)
