First things first, you do not matter to Leverpoint all they care about is you are a body to throw at clients. You will continually be added to clients until you're working 60+ hours a week, but without any benefits that a big 4 job provides you. Also you have no say in what jobs you end up on, there is no preemptive call when you're getting added to a new job even though you're already working on 10 clients. A manger will just say well you should be able to find time for this even though you're already working late and skipping lunch every day as is. Now you might ask why are employees so overloaded? Most managers don't actually know what their staff and senior staff work on so they rely entirely on budgets. Most managers don't even understand the deliverables put forward by the staff, but somehow think they can make decisions. In addition to this the turnover is horrendous, and nobody gets replaced. You can lose three managers, 3 seniors and 4 staff and it'll take months to add back 1 of each. This company is a complete joke and you'd be better off waiting for just about anything else than working for Leverpoint.
