      Avantages

      Could be a good place to start a career, but if you stay long, you either accept and join in, taking on the bad habits, accepting the abuse or you recognize it doesn't have to be this way and move to a different organization.

      Inconvénients

      Severe lack of leadership skills and no accountability. Engineers are understaffed, overworked, underpaid, and underappreciated. It's all about profit and the bottom line not about the employees and especially not about the customers. I am disgusted with this company as a whole. The warning is there. Many other reviews share the same sentiment.

      While the salary wasn't exceptional, it was enough to pay the bills and enjoy some occasional treats.

      I must say that my experience with the company's upper management was nothing short of dreams-crushing. HR executives often deal with sensitive employee information, which requires a high level of confidentiality. However here, this principle was treated with such disregard that it was truly upsetting. The derisory attitude of upper management towards HR's role in maintaining confidentiality was painfully evident. They consistently undermined our efforts to protect employee data, often insisting on having access to information they had no business seeing. This not only breached the trust of our employees but also the company at risk of legal ramifications.
