Not a forward-thinking company - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Letts Filofax

Badly managed, and backwards thinking. Even in my initial interview I was asked if I minded working in a male dominated workplace, which was a warning signal. Both within departments and between departments there is not a team atmosphere. There is not much opportunity for promotion or development, generally speaking. Ideas for improvement are not listened to and there is next to no support for employees. A very negative experience as a whole.
