      Avantages

      The Lessonpal team has an impeccable customer service for both parents, students and tutors. Their response time is very quick. Both through chats and by phone the Lessonpal support team is able to inform and keep us, as tutors, updated about prospect students and parents who are trying to reach out to us. They also offer potential engagement to parents throught invite presentations.

      Inconvénients

      Lesson are set to be purchased for 30, 60 and 90 minutes. Maybe they can implement 40-45 minute lessons for parents and students who are looking to book different timeslots.

      Avantages

      It's generally not hard to find people to tutor (especially during the school year), and the quality of students is generally pretty high. You do have to reply to a lot of ads, but if you do that you will find people. Lessonpal handles all of the payment stuff so I don't have to worry about that.

      Inconvénients

      You do have to pay your own self-employment taxes since Lessonpal isn't an employer and so doesn't send you a W-2 form.

      Able to find clients somewhat easily

      Inconvénients

      Everyone undercuts their rates, so hard to get payed well.
