Toxic environment with poor management and unrealistic expectations - Avis employé Phone Agent LendingTree

Too many to list. It's the greediest company I've ever seen. They literally charge the phone sales people a tariff! You have to get 1000 transfers for them a month!? You only get commissions over 1000 a month!!! And they expect you to rebuttal a 85 year old lady who is getting dialysis at least 2 times !! Or you will be given points towards being fired! Also the time you use in bathroom also goes against this points system used to take any commissions you do make away! It's run like a prison, they management all seems like this is their first job ever had and have no skills to motivate the team, instead they just micromanage everything!!! Run away!
