      Avantages

      I got some pretty cool jackets with company logos.

      Inconvénients

      Management is not professional. They discuss other employees personal business amongst others. They do not accept accountability. They will blame the employee for the situation instead of having their back and teaching them better ways. HR does not help. If you report something, they report back to management and then they are angry and treat you differently. I was not even offered an Exit Interview!!

      Avantages

      The pros are very limited. Remote work is available if you are located outside 30 miles from the corporate office.

      Inconvénients

      Executive management is nonexistent. There is no leadership. Department Managers are not proactive and do not understand their staff. Departments are siloed and tend to fight with each other. No salary increases in the last 4 years. Claim to support Work/Life Balance, but when the reduction in staff, the expectation for those remaining is to do the extra work; removing that work/life balance.
