Avantages
The company has a great outlook on revamping the insurance industry and the work from home model.
Inconvénients
They have major leadership issues. They don't pay their staff properly and when this was brought up, they said they would do a "compensation review". After doing this "review" they proceeded to let 50+ people go for "performance issues" they could not give any actual data as to what those issues were.
