Avantages
Amazingly smart, humble people throughout (and leading) the company who aren't afraid to take risks and and move quickly. The working culture itself has little to no hierarchies, and is extremely direct and transparent. Not to mention the fascinating business model itself, which is blending together cutting edge behavioral economics, AI, and other product knowledge to change an industry...
Inconvénients
Insurance isn't always sexy, and learning the legal / financial ins and outs of this industry can be frustrating and time-consuming. Lemonade itself is also not hesitant to restructure, shift teams around, etc., which is great for operational efficiency but may be difficult for those not as inclined for rapid change.
