      Avantages

      Open, collaborative culture. Support for risk taking and bringing new ideas to the table. Legit is in a very hot market so there is a lot of opportunity for proactive team members. Leadership team cares about employees. Legit isn't perfect but it's a great place to work.

      Inconvénients

      Legit is a start up, so the path isn't always clear. You need to be comfortable with change and ambiguity here.

      Avantages

      Legit fosters an unbelievable customer experience, as well as for the employees. From the CEO down, the leadership team is unbelievable and knows how to get things done. No micromangement, your trusted to do your job and it really does make a difference.

      Inconvénients

      None- startup growing pains but that’s it.
