      Avantages

      Working with a smaller company has allowed for greater learning opportunities as there is more overlap into other positions. Makes for a great team environment.

      Inconvénients

      Having multiple job sites makes for a challenging and fast-paced environment especially if good organization and scheduling are not given priority.

      Vacation scheduling can be touch as we plan around project schedules

      The company always provides all resources to be successful.

      Inconvénients

      Can be tricky and challenging at times to manage so many different companies across multiple sites (but I enjoy the challenge!)
