Avantages
Simple work and easy to understand. Company is flexible when changing hours in office due to different circumstances. Everyone is friendly at face value. Some leadership really do invest in you as an employee/person and want you to grow. The concept of the core values is great for a company.
Inconvénients
Communication between leadership and employees is not where it could be. Low pay, even with undergraduate degree. Conflict management is almost non-existent. Employees would rather report you to leadership/HR than sit one-on-one to resolve any issues. It causes resentment to grow and a level of untrustworthiness among employees towards each other and towards leadership. Not very inspiring. If you do not fit the "cultural norm," you stick out like a sore thumb.
