      Good pay when you are getting leases

      Inconvénients

      Toxic environment with management. Property manager at my location allowed leasing manager to speak to agent's in a negative way. Agents cry when they are not getting their leases or the way management speaks to them. Hostile environment. Feels as if people need to walk on eggshells around other team members.

      Avantages

      It’s a very professional, respectful but friendly environment. It feels like a family! You can make good money on commissions and overtime.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits were expensive and not competitive. Work life balance was not the best. Often time I had to do overtime to meet company deadlines.
