This leaves plenty of room for creativity and encourages people to express themselves. Having worked in bigger companies, I can clearly state that working in a smaller company allows for more freedom and enables quick decisions and no status quo. The trade off of being part of a fast growing start up is that you need to be able to set clear priorities and manage expectations from a client and executional perspective.
