Avantages
Besides its location near to Kerinchi LRT and a good view from the office towards the fountain area at the center of those office buildings, there's nothing good about this company.
Inconvénients
-The ex-CEO Fadzli Sharif would freeze everyone's annual leave if work was not done though you had already applied your leaves months/weeks ago. -Fadzli would fire anyone in the company as scapegoat to save himself from being fired by the founder (now CEO) whom is his brother-in-law. So, this is a family business! By the way, Fadzli liked to throw tantrum like a kid and starred at his iPhone most of the time during meeting. -When 'Management' was mentioned, it referred to just one person - the founder of the company, he decided any and everything in the company. The CEO was just his puppet and had no say in anything. -The management (aka the founder) had no direction, everyone will follow when he changed his mind which could happen once every few days/weeks or months. -You would meet the founder every week to present your work progress like a student presenting in front of lecturer. You need to re-do if he doesn't like it, not because it was done wrong. -Everything was in the mess, there's very less communication intra/inter departments so they would play blaming games. -They restricted people to go to the pantry on the top floor during working hours so you can only refill your water at water dispenser near to washroom and back to your place. -You need to remove your shoes before entering office, make sure you throw away your old socks with holes before deciding to work there and buy many new pairs. AVOID AT ANY COST but if you have decided to join them, go there at your own risk!
