      Avantages

      you gain a good connection with the kids and fellow tutors

      Inconvénients

      I absolutely hated it- the more important staff were hostile, admin was absolutely horrible with my pay and refused to pay me for the hours i had worked even though i have shown then proof. Staff didnt allow us to leave on lunch breaks and were rude to tutors- wouldn’t recommend.

      - freedom with your lessons - flexible hours

      Inconvénients

      - not flexible for when you have an emergency and cannot work - minimum wage

      Avantages

      Worked with very nice people, students were lovely and it was a calm environment

      Inconvénients

      the pay was kinda disappointing for the amount of work we did.
