      Non self-starters wil not grow here Need to work hard Most know how to work from home office with no supervision

      Avantages

      Work from Home is a great advantage; however there is a lack of synergy never meeting your fellow employees, Current CEO has a clear vision for building the brand and works tirelessly to grow the organization.

      Inconvénients

      The Founder lacks vision and common sense which impedes progress and affects moral among employees, internal communication is poor. Product Performance and bugs have negative influence on employees and customers alike, this makes for stressful and difficult environment.

      Avantages

      Not many to share. Organised with remote offices so chance to work from home.

      Inconvénients

      Poor product, no real leadership. Sales focused company, way behind the 8 ball technically but refuse to invest.
