      only christmas holidays and bonuses

      Inconvénients

      This company especially Montreal office favours certain people everything and others nothing. They give responsibilities without matching qualifications, harassing people, no challenges or promotions. Favour new comers positions rather than seniority. You do alot and are not considered at all for anything. The same people running the show get everything and more. D not treat you fairly in anything.

      1. Excellent products and company is growing fast year over year 2. Family-owned business that is very closed-knit 3. Very good career growth opportunities 4. Work-Life balance is amazing. 5. Solid management and leadership team

      Inconvénients

      1. Technology is slightly older 2. The photonics industry is not as appealing to youngsters as some other electronics industries

      Avantages

      Decent amount of paid holidays.

      Inconvénients

      Managemenet is terrible. There is no communication or team work, Employees get blamed for mistakes that they did not make and employees get treated like children. Equipment is outdated but employees are blamed for RMAs, which are out of their control.
