      Avantages

      This company has a wonderful management team, fairly nice flexibility for work-life balance, and most importantly it's an ESOP that works hard to develop a thriving employee-owner culture. You can really feel like you are making a difference, and know that your office's overall success will in turn benefit you directly.

      Inconvénients

      Sick time is grouped into the allotted days of PTO you receive, but fortunately the employer is flexible about making up hours when needed. Larson is basically on par with the US average for PTO

      Larson can’t reach its true potential without the contributions of every employee.       Good front desk person, good hours

      Inconvénients

      Not organized no communication let the whole civil department go out of nowhere. Be prepared to be let go.
