      Avantages

      Flexible environment and family friendly is the only good thing about working here.

      Inconvénients

      Horrible benefits, poor leadership at all levels, no planning, CEO/President is a joke....has no clue what he is doing...no training, no professional development, pay is below indusrtry average with promises that aren't kept

      Good front desk person, good hours

      Inconvénients

      Not organized no communication let the whole civil department go out of nowhere. Be prepared to be let go.
