Avantages

Tranining for entry level employee.

Inconvénients

Too many. Besides low wage, high stress working enviroment. It has a very bad medical insurance plan that it covers almost nothing. Because of the high intensive interpretation and mental stress from clients(poor audio, vague voice, spoken too fast, nonsense, accent, wrong language...), I got TMJ and went to so many different doctors, they couldn't fix me. The pain comes from your head, your ear, your mouth. When you eat, when you talk, everything that you need to use the temporomandibular joint and the muscles connecting to it. The things that you do without thinking now becomes a problem. The wage paid was so minimum and the cost is your health. I had left the company for a while, but the chronic pain it left me still constantly bothers me. They even took me money without my permission after a year I left from my 401k plan, but yet to be able to explain the difference amount. And Lincoln Financial Group wouldn't do anything about it, because they only listen to LLS, their customer. Please run away from the company if you can before it destroys your health!

Avantages

Providing communications help for health care, insurance, beginning of life, end of life, counseling, IT. Among the highest minutes in the industry. Great record keeping, and pay is only 7 days after the close of every month. The annual training as well as recertification is paid events. Offers relative independence, after several audits, if you comply with excellence in customer service, you are pretty much on your own.

Inconvénients

The minute rate is among the lower side among language companies. Find that while you can gain lots of successful advice from the company bulletin board, but offering advice is often better to those in authority.

Avantages

Stay home. That's all. Nothing else.

Inconvénients

Fifteen seconds to recover between stressful calls. The health insurance they offer is super expensive for the poorly paid for hours you get. It does not match. Micromanage everything, constant supervised and not a proper guidance after being pointed the errors of the week. Extreme poorly paid for the higher quality of job that they want. The company charges 3 or 4 dollars for minute, but an interpreter gets paid 15 an hour before taxes. See the difference? Days off unpaid always. Not fair. Not even during sickness, grief or personal emergencies.
