      Avantages

      The CEO is a very approachable person who truly cates for his employees. Managers are always available during shifts. I've been here for several years and never had any issues with pay. The students are great and you get a schedule with your own daily students, so there is no wondering if your shift will be full. I've always had a full schedule, without fail.

      Inconvénients

      There's not much wiggle room with the lessons, so it does get monotonous. The pay is $2.15 poyer ten minute lesson, which is abit lower than most others in this line of work. Other than that, the people are great and it's a company you can be proud of working for!

      Avantages

      * Managers respond fairly quickly * Most classes are via the phn * You may use Zoiper if you need to step out run an errand * You may use Skype if the system is dwn & the company will reimburse you * As long as your score card is up, you will hv a full schedule of students * Rarely any system glitches * Can cross-train to teach for other contracts * Classes are 1:1

      Inconvénients

      * Pay is always late * Invoicing is very manual * It is an advantage to students to be able to drop or add a session just 30-minutes prior, but makes it hard for the scheduler and the instructor to gage breaks and availability. * Most sessions are 10-minutes * Nvr rcv bonus nor raise the entire time I was there * Not guaranteed hours.

      Avantages

      The students are very pleasant to work with.

      Inconvénients

      It’s been a month and a half since I began working for this company and I have still not received pay! The owner, Jon, is giving me the run around. Please do not work for this company.
