      - smart team of colleagues - goal oriented - performance oriented - merit based culture - friendly work environment with a lot of flexibility - office is spacious, well located and food is provided on the workplace - if you perform and like what you do you will excel at Landytech

      Inconvénients

      Only good things to say about Landytech. Very nice people to work with. You have to have drive and be independent to succeed. Creating your own success track is possible with Landytech.

      Inconvénients

      1. Gender based inequality 2. Dismissive behaviour by senior management 3. Preferential treatment towards employees who have the LUXURY to work beyond contract planned hours. 4. Schedules packed with unnecessary meetings dominated by single person running projects without any proper planning or road maps. 5. VP level management employees struggling to stay in their lanes and interfering in all disciplines.
