      Avantages

      Nothing positive to say really overall.

      Inconvénients

      -Frequently changing goal posts without communicating, and you’re often blamed for it -toxic culture -high turnover leading to shambles and lack of any consistency -mass exoduses in the past due to aforementioned issues prepare to not receive any bonuses. Pretty sure they forced people to write the happy and good reviews.

      Inconvénients

      1. Gender based inequality 2. Dismissive behaviour by senior management 3. Preferential treatment towards employees who have the LUXURY to work beyond contract planned hours. 4. Schedules packed with unnecessary meetings dominated by single person running projects without any proper planning or road maps. 5. VP level management employees struggling to stay in their lanes and interfering in all disciplines.

      - Typical growing pains of a young company: sometimes lack of structure, shifting priorities, and evolving processes - Workload can be demanding due to the pace of change - Leadership still figuring out the balance between strategy and execution
