Avantages
Turnover is low because job satisfaction is high. Working in technology and leveraging the latest software/tools and ideas make it easy to constantly grow. Company-wide, we call ourselves the Lancer Family because of how well we get to know each other and how important family, career and community balance is treated. The location is excellent, with an hour for lunch it's easy to walk to the boardwalk in 5 minutes at lunchtime and enjoy the beach or the numerous restaurants in the area!
Inconvénients
The location is sometimes overlooked by prospective candidates, but it really is convenient to travel into Long Beach. There is the LIRR, buses and a beautiful drive if you travel via the Ocean Parkway from points east.
