Avantages
The pay is good. The bonus are great. However the stress and devisiveness may out weigh the pros. I'm going to see how long I can stay and if it gets better.
Inconvénients
This company has been through leadership change and takeover. The main Omaha Office and the outlying office in Colorado and Kansas City have a "them versus us" challenge that puts staff in an uncomfortable situation at best. Some units are doing poorly and do not know how to improve. This has been a very challening environment for anyone coming into the company because you do not know who works well with someone else. Because the company is small, there aren't many opportunities for true Lead positions. We have some diversity, but I'm not sure if those individuals are treated well.
