      Avantages

      Employees are treated well and compensated generously. Programming staff is encouraged to share their ideas and input. The customer service and management roles are professional and top-notch. The owners of this company are hard-working individuals who openly appreciate, reward and praise hard work.

      Inconvénients

      Occasionally hours can get long (especially around the end of the calendar year).
