Overworked, seriously, you are expected to take home the company cell phone on weekends and answer every phone (50 percent of calls consisted of temps asking where there money was and you have to answer every call no matter the time i.e 11pm) and staff every emergency job order. Even after all that care and effort, they question if you really worked your reported weekend hours. Benefits or should I say lack of benefits. Falsfying drug tests and constantly lying to customers about workers. You are paid less than the temporary labor force. For those who decide to stay with the company, I menternal employee leave due to lack of internal promotions within one year. And new hire leave within three weeks after realizing how much work and responsibilities you inherited for such low pay, and that you work criminals such as pedophile, drug addicts and hostile people. The only reason I stayed at Laborworks was due to my 5 minute commute until I landed my future job and proximity to other engagement I had.
