1. Management is made up of Marathi's. There are very few people belonging to different regions. The management speaks only in Marathi within themselves and before others. 2. Promotions are never given to the employees who have good connection of doctors and hospitals. 3. The company prefers to hire only those people who have spouses and relatives in the field of medicine. Most of the employees are such cases. Thus, recruitment is only done through referrals. 4. Holidays are provided on the Hindu festivals especially those belonging to Maharashtra and no holidays for other beliefs. 5. HR and finance department does not give prompt reply to the employees and generally do not respond to emails and telephone calls on time. 6. The company only cares for cost cutting in incentives. 7. This company has the worst HR department which is a closed group in the company.
