      Good industry in the space

      Inconvénients

      Don’t even bother interviewing. You will do a final interview with them and never hear back. The office is in a terrible location and it is beyond dated. It feels like you go back 30 years walking in there. Very behind the times and you can tell the people who work there are just trying to coast in their careers and not work very hard. No room for growth, they will literally tell you that. Laughable salaries. Just stay far away.

      Avantages

      Culture of a once-great company is not completely destroyed. There are still a few employees who make an effort to improve morale and are willing to help others.

      Inconvénients

      The company is nowhere near what it used to be. Employees are dropping like flies (especially in sales), and one can't help but feel like this is a sinking ship. There is a lot more infighting than there used to be, as everyone seems to be rushing to blame someone else for poor sales numbers over the last few years. I am sad to be looking for a new job after many good years at Labelmaster.
