Avantages
- Overpriced benefits package - unlimited overtime -unlimited PLB
Inconvénients
- The recruiters do not expect you to stay long and will say anything to get a body on the floor. - They do not require a certification and use this as an excuse to pay significantly less than their competitors. -They hire people fresh out of college with no experience who end up leaving after 3-6 months because the pay is very little and the recruiters sell the position as a “pay the bills” job and resume booster, not a career. - Overtime is required. No such thing as work life balance. -PLB is rarely approved -The workload is overwhelming -Medical insurance is extremely expensive - Little to no improvement for career development. They would rather just teach you one skill to fill the void of a seasoned employee leaving for a better paying job. - Most employees are contract and come and go in drones. -Management is not a resource for help. You or someone else will be blamed for mistakes not meeting turnaround time.
