Avantages
~ Great people, everyone has been so nice and friendly and eager to help. ~ PTO is off the charts. No differentiation between sick/vacation, but there's enough days and paid holidays that it's a nonissue. ~ WFH during pandemic, and being super cautious about when it'll be safe to return to the offices. ~ The company is making a difference in the pharmaceutical industry and my position helps a great deal with helping patients on the backend, which feels great. ~ Pay is pretty good - not great, for how much responsibility we have with pertinent and confidential patient information - but pretty good.
Inconvénients
~ Training and onboarding remotely during COVID was not fun. It was difficult to feel involved via webcam and I felt like the flow of the training was way off/out of order. ~ There are some practices in place re: how to complete tasks that seem not to work well; I look forward to doing my best to move up and let my voice be heard about them.
