      Avantages

      There aren't any. Payments not made on time. rates cut without notice etc etc

      Inconvénients

      Everyone from the owner, to the regional managers to the territory managers is only out for themselves. Promised one rate of pay, given another. Poor communication. No advancement

      There are no pros! I worked until I found another job.

      Beware! 1099 NEC means you are NOT an employee. Do your research and read your contract. Independent contract laws in the USA are strict across the board! They make you believe you're an IC but in reality, you are an employee who does not receive the same benefits their employees get. Report them to IRS.
