      Great exciting work in cutting edge science. Free coffee and plenty of snacks stocked all the time. Company Gatherings each season. Employees are passionate. Everybody is friendly and helpful. Benefits are strong perk

      Inconvénients

      Company focus changes radically. CEO changes radically. Can feel very unstable at times. Promotions are few and far between. Lacking direction at times

      Avantages

      The Company is very motivated and has a serious commitment on commercialization of their sustainable chemicals pipeline. Has a good sense of community and values employee satisfaction. The IP position is strong and upper management is knowledgeable.

      Inconvénients

      LS9 the matrix project structure was still in development, but in its early stages seemed to lack backing and buy-in from everybody, including competency group leaders.
