• Many colleagues have made LS Retail their career, growing along the way with the company, it is not a quick steppingstone like many IT companies are. • Working for a global company with various product lines and industry focuses allows for career and personal opportunities. • The people working at LS are professionals, working together collaboratively and genuinely enjoy each other personally and respect each other professionally. • Continuous professional learning is strongly encouraged and supported. • Management is continuously encouraging bidirectional feedback and to raise questions regardless of position or status anywhere within the company. • The companies handling and approach to Covid impact brought the company together more than ever. They were outstanding in uniting everyone as #OneTeam and retaining the entire workforce globally even during these difficult times.

As the company has grown so large and globally there are no longer full company wide annual gatherings in our Iceland HQ office. Although there are still regional gatherings, team gatherings and other such events that take place throughout the years (when Covid is not restricting travel).
