      Avantages

      Modern Offices, Good Core Values, Genuine goal to provide value to customers while keeping good & healthy customer relationships at top of mind. Fin/Acct department has good motivation to work hard to get things done right & timely, while remaining flexible with their team members schedules/needs.

      Inconvénients

      The tools at our use are dated and can provide inefficiencies. Relationships between some departments seem blurred or separated when it comes to certain topics or events.

      Avantages

      The free tea, water and coffee.

      Inconvénients

      Management do not trust minorities working in there establishment but ironically hired minorities and fire them when they feel like they may get replaced which is not the case. Jealous and hostile work environment. Management can barely keep up with workload and is all over the place with personal and business issues. Poor training, poor communication. High school playground.
