      Avantages

      Usually get paid on time. That's the most positive thing I can say.

      Inconvénients

      Management is ineffective. No safety culture to speak of. HR is typically unwilling to help with issues, even if they do respond to calls and emails. Company has no loyalty to its employees, yet expects employees to remain loyal to them.

      Avantages

      They were very organized and professional. They trained me well and made sure I was doing a correct job.

      Inconvénients

      It's not a permanent job and contracts are due every year.

      Avantages

      The pay and hours at the location I worked. Thats it.

      Inconvénients

      Very poor HR and management. They underbid contracts and take away benefits that were in union contract. Company will force you to accept their expensive and crappy health insurance if you have Tricare. Yes, you read that correctly. If you are retired military and have Tricare, Logmet will not accept it. They are the only company that does this. Unless you have no other options, stay away from this company.
