      light workload, flexible work arrangement

      heavy manual old school work, no teamwork, no support, no company cultures, no communication and no development poor management and lack of knowledges

      Nice group of people to work with (generally)

      Inconvénients

      The big one is minimal training, Sink or swim. Not for everybody. Weird favoritism as well.
