      Avantages

      Close to home and it was a job that paid the bills. Liked my peers before we were all let go

      Inconvénients

      Nitpicky micromanagement. I was laid off after having an extremely profitable year due to “lack of business” What a joke. Sounds to me like they didn’t want to pay bonuses out.

      Nice group of people to work with (generally)

      Inconvénients

      The big one is minimal training, Sink or swim. Not for everybody. Weird favoritism as well.
