Avantages
Uhh... They'll take you out to lunch sometimes and pay for your alcohol. Plenty of opportunity for overtime, practically required.
Inconvénients
They really sell the company during the interview, offering great hours with every other Friday off, saying "we're the cool firm". But it isn't long before they start asking you to work extra hours everyday and come in on your Fridays they guarantee you would have off. Better not tell them no if you know what's best for you. They also feel the best way to learn is in your face "tough love". Better have thick skin if you plan to work there. But if it gets too stressful, don't worry, your manager probably has a six-pack or a bottle of bourbon at their desk to share. They're so stressed, they need it too.
