      Remote work & OK pay

      Inconvénients

      They don't practice what they preach. Their motto is 'work with respect' and 'do what's right' but I never saw that practiced, especially by their HR and Leadership. They also do not allow for career growth. A lot of toxic masculinity within management.

      Constant change and downsizing you will never be safe

      Inconvénients

      Constant downsizing and never ending strategy changes. It’s like working in a fever dream.
