Avantages
Your coworkers are great. Everyone is willing to help out each other when need be. The location is great in downtown Austin. Might be a good place for someone to get their feet wet to help them move on to bigger and better things.
Inconvénients
- Upper management seams a bit out of the times when it comes to compensation, bonus structures, and growth plans. -There is a big lack of direction and communication which can become very frustrating at times. -Turn over is very high which can affect employee morale. -Big lack of training when it comes to the products or how you should do your job or what the position of the company really is.
