      Avantages

      Great leadership. I love working for a company that is honest and transparent. The mission of housing people guides what we do everyday and this is apparent from the top down. I have always been treated fairly and with respect, and appreciate the opportunities to learn and grow within my role.

      Top heavy C-suite compared to middle-management, no onboarding process, no clear company direction, too heavy on development and not enough on retaining properties
