      Avantages

      I have been given multiple roles to play over the years and as long as the attitude is right, the company does not keep one within its role. It allows open communication and we are free to propose solutions that will help improve the processes. We are also constantly challenged to think deeper about issues and as a result improves our problem solving skills

      Inconvénients

      As the company is small and everyone is working at their fullest, there will not be much time to chit chat.

      Avantages

      While working from home is one of the few advantages at this company, it often turns into a drawback due to excessive workloads being assigned in a single day.

      This is not a standard IT company and lacks proper protocols. The hire-and-fire approach is common, with management showing little regard for employees' stability. I strongly advise against joining—consider seeking opportunities at a more reputable organization.
