      -You can gain a lot of technical skills by working on major projects. -Friendly work environment.

      Inconvénients

      -Poor project management (always don't catch up with the deadline). -They have an underrated look about their employees. -Some of the project managers behave badly with the employees.

      Low salaries & take advantage of third world countries to pay as less as possible vague polices for non Kuwait employees HR and management sucks They try ask for overtime work without compensation
