      Avantages

      Salary is mostly on time. Infrastructure is Good. Good Coffee.

      Inconvénients

      1. Office Politics : Only a bunch of couples gets all the appreciation and the top management is promoting this. 2. No Appreciation/Recognition: Most of the hard working Employees are treated like machines, No recognition of their contribution. 3. Hire & Fire Policy: They can ask you too leave anytime without or little notice if they get a cheaper resource. 4. No pay for overtime.

      Supportive leadership that encourages growth. Exposure to cutting-edge Big Data technologies. Collaborative team culture with smart colleagues. Freedom to bring ideas and initiatives. Strong focus on client success and innovation.

      Inconvénients

      Fast-paced environment may be challenging initially. Need for even more structured training programs for newcomers. Limited on-site global exposure (more opportunities can help). Processes can sometimes evolve faster than communication. Occasional tight deadlines in project deliveries.

      Ksolves providing environment to explore the new technologies in the industry. Work flexibility is the one major advantage to work here. Getting work responsibility as per the skill and role .
